The Reunion - A Supernatural Anthology

I’ve had several black cats in my life but none like Onyx from The Black Cat. In this story, I wanted to explore the idea of monsters under the bed and things that go bump in the night. And what if what was out there, or under there, wasn’t the scary thing we expected it to be. Or maybe it is and it’s just not scary to us.

Black cats symbolize different things in different cultures and stories vary from person to person; anything from good omens to impending doom. The most common idea seems to be bad luck if a black cat crosses your path. But I’ve never been superstitious when it comes to cats.

What readers are saying about The Black Cat

“The Black Cat :- Whoa! This story is scary as hell! It brought me back to those days when I was readingThe Pet Sematary ( but the book by Stephen King is way scarier due to how thick that book is! ) We often hear that black cat brings bad luck. Well you have to think again. Do they?” - GoodReads Reviewer

“The Black Cat was outstandingly creepy and well done. Also a bonus if you actually share your life with a black cat like I do.” - Amazon Reviewer

“The Black Cat was super fun and twisted and had me picking up my own black cat, Salem, and questioning his motives.” - Amazon Reviewer
