Oklahoma State Fair

I don't think anyone would argue if I said the best part of the fair is the food. I love the deep fried everything, especially the Twinkies. I know they're terrible for me and luckily the fair is only once a year or I might be tempted to indulge more than I should. Add walking around and people watching while eating deep-fried-heart-attack-inducing goodness and that's a pretty good evening.

Crowded places are never going to be on my favorite things list though. I'm not much of an extrovert and if I've got a choice between Friday night out or in my first choice is always going to be the latter. But I enjoy being there with my camera and documenting the whole experience. I'm glad that Darrell drags me out to do this kind of thing; otherwise my evenings are filled with baby entertaining activities, pajamas, and Netflix.

So, go to the fair for the food. And the petting zoo. They have a miniature cow with the most beautiful deep brown eyes that I want to take home. I'm pretty sure she'd make a great house pet if I could figure out the house training part. I should really make that happen.
